Lumphini Park

Every traffic light change is like the start of a Wacky Races, with literally hundreds of bikes that work their way to the front of the queue - the way things should be lol

We walked hard yesterday and are still very  jetlagged.  We worked hard today in the park trying to do nothing.  This is an entrance of Lumphini Park, not too far from where we are staying

Dogs and cats are common, here are 3 having a snooze in the shade,each on their own circular bench

 A gift to the Thai people from Switerland, have seen a few of these dotted round Bangkok.  The granite ball constantly rotates (clockwise) because of a steady stream of water escaping form underneath.  Amazing really as the ball weighs about 800kg.  Modelled on natural examples which can be found.
